Location - don't the same address like on the booking? Hotel in the center of the city, BUT in a depth of the yard, near a dirty market. Noisy since morning. It is former hotel Bonapart, simply renamed. Service — there is no elevator, dirty bad condition room, a bad breakfast. To be washed it is necessary to buy shower gel or soap.
If you plan to use a toilet — you should to buy toilet paper. Rooms in this "4 star" hotel rents for an hour for locals therefore be ready to loud music up to 2 o'clock in the morning, to shouts, half-dressed prostitutes. Payment in cash only, asked for a higher price than I reserved on the booking. On the every step try to cheat. The price for accommodation really low. Do not go there!
The sauna device was not only completely broken, but also had condom packaging stuffed into it. There was no toilet paper, which of course I only found out when most needed. The morning shower was cold as ice. Be aware that this is a hotel that rents rooms for a day or for "an hour". I ve booked the place for 2 months in advance. The adress doesn't coincid with the real number. After 1 hour of tryings and asking people around, and calling to administration we've found them. So in the end there was no olace for us, they sent us to another hotel, reception did not hear anything about our booking, so they brought us somewhere dar from the center in a bad hotel.
As we were tired and next day had to have another trip we slept there. The place was horrible. Don't choose any of their business! I made a reservation at this hotel via Booking. When searching for the hotel, we ended up driving in circle without any luck. We stopped, searched online and came accross this review which mentioned the correct address. We drove to the correct address and found that there was not enough room in front of the hotel to park.
I kindly asked the lady at the front desk if there was somewhere nearby where we could park and she kept repeating that we had to park in the small area in front of the hotel which was full. After trying to explain that there was no parking space available, she impatiently proceeded to call someone who informed me that they no longer had any free rooms available in the hotel.
