A group of us are thinking about going to Jamaica this summer and we are looking for an adult only all-inclusive resort with a decent nightlife meaning the resort doesn't shut down at 10 pm. Most of the adults only resorts will be quiet by 10PM or shortly after that. With a few exceptions you may want to go out some or all of the nights. You say you are looking for a 'adult only' resort but do you mean 'adult couples only' or are there some singles in your group?
What is you budget for the trip? Is this number per person or for two people? Is the number including air from Houston to Jamaica or is the number for the hotel only? How long is the trip nights at the resort in Jamaica? This is almost what we were looking for and we went with Sandals Grand Riviera. All of us are in the age rangeβ¦. Yes, the number of resorts is overwhelming! I guess you're right, I was a little vague Nightlife - A disco on the premises would be great but I haven't come across one in Jamaica I've been to a resort in Mexico with its own disco and we had a great time!
Pool - I've read reviews of several of the resorts that say the pools are "small", so I am looking for one that is not considered "small". Adult Only - we are all married, no singles in the group, but don't care if there are singles at the resort. Distance - not concerned about how far it is from airport, but not interested in a "remote" or "secluded" boutique hotel. Keep in mind that: 1 All of the resorts listed are adults only and most are couples only, 2 All are in your budget range, 3 All are on the beach and have pools that I think are good size, 4 All offer several restaurants, 5 Montego Bay is not known for great beaches 6 All offer some entertainment but only Hedonism II has what I would call a decent disco open 11PM to 5AM and 7 All of the resorts listed are in or just a short , 10 min.
Considering Negril :. I assure you that Hedo does not shut down at 10pm. I does have two swim up bars, two beach grills, 2 a la carte eateries, a disco bar closes at 5am , a piano bar.
Lots of day and night activities. Excellent set of inclusions including motorized watersports. It is a frisky place and some folks like to dine in outfits that you could not wear to your local mall.
